Shipping Services
We partner with a range of shipping providers to offer you the best possible delivery options. These shipping services may include:
- Flat Rate: The flat rate service can include Regular Post, AirMail, and Couriers.
- C02 Offsetting: This was introduced due to demand. It is similar to the Flat Rate services above, but includes additional C02 offsetting using C02 reclamation methods.
- Express: A faster shipping method that can be significally faster at a premium. This service is fulfilled via Express Shipping providers which include UPS, Australia Post, Couriers (DHL, etc)
Service Selection
Customers have the flexibility to select their preferred shipping method at checkout. The services available depend on the stock location and the delivery destination. If multiple shipping options are available for your location, you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
Tracking Your Order
Regardless of the shipping method selected, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. This information allows you to track the progress of your package through the carrier’s website or directly through Trendam’s order tracking page.
Mixed Service Shipping
For certain destinations or orders, we may use a mixture of shipping services to ensure the most efficient delivery. This hybrid approach allows us to optimize for speed, cost, and reliability. Customers will still be provided with tracking information for these orders.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on the shipping method selected, the weight of the items, and the destination. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. You will only be charged the actual shipping costs incurred by us. We do not mark up any shipping.
Free Shipping
Trendam may offer Free Shipping for customers during specific promotion periods and only for certain items. When an order qualifies for Free Shipping, the shipping fee will be discounted to $0 during checkout.
Free Shipping promotions can end at any time and may not be offered again. The full terms and conditions for Free Shipping promotions is included within the Terms and Conditions.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen, the fulfillment partner, and the destination:
Generally order handling and fulfillment is completed within 3-5 days of an order being received, the delivery times below are in addition to the order handling and fulfillment times.
- Flat Rate: Typically, 4-7 business days within the same country, 10-20 business days internationally.
- Express: Generally 2-5 business days within the same country, 4-9 business days internationally.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as customs delays, security screening, carrier operational issues, or extreme weather conditions. The delivery estimate given during checkout is generally accurate, except for circumstances above. Trendam isn’t responsible for any delays that may be experienced due to forces outside of Trendam’s control.
International Shipments
Trendam uses multiple fulfillment partners globally. While we will endeavor to use a fulfillment provider closest to you, it is not always possible to ship from within the same country. In these situations, the order is shipping internationally and may be subject to various customs duties and taxes.
These customs duties and taxes are calculated at arrival in the destination country. Any customs duties, restrictions, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Trendam is not responsible for these additional charges.
