Change of Mind Returns

Trendam doesn’t offer change of mind returns. Please choose carefully and carefully confirm sizing. If you are unsure on any sizing, please contact us and we would be more than happy to assist you.

All products sold by Trendam are made to order. This allows us to keep costs down by minimizing unnecessary storage costs. Unfortunately this also means we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We encourage you to review your order carefully before submission, including carefully reviewing product size, design, and any customization options.

Sizing Information

It is your responsibility to check and confirm all sizing information before placing your order. Sizing guides are provided for each product to assist you in making the correct choice. It is important that you check the sizing chart and information on each product as different suppliers and manufacturers have slightly different sizing standards. We source products from multiple suppliers and each product can vary in sizing. Trendam will not be held responsible for incorrect sizing choices made by the customer. If you are not sure on a products sizing, you can contact us for clarification.

Faulty Products

The last thing anyone would want, is a faulty product. All products sold by Trendam come with a 30 day quality guarantee.

If you have received a product that is faulty, please contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right.

To qualify for a return based on a fault, the fault should fit into one of the following:

  1. The product has a problem that would have stopped you buying it had you known about it;
  2. The product is unsafe when used for the purpose it is designed;
  3. The product is significantly different from the description of the product; or
  4. The product doesn’t do what we said it would do.

This does not include damage caused by misuse, failing to follow instructions on any labels, or returns simply due to change of mind.

Return Process

There are a few things that are needed to return a faulty product. Please contact us to get the process started. Once your return is approved, you will need to send it to our returns address in Brisbane, Australia.

The product should be returned in its original condition, including all packaging materials. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable and insurable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product. Tracking and Insurance is strongly recommended as we at Trendam are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping of a return.

Inspection and Refund

Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to confirm the manufacturing defect. If the defect is verified, we will proceed with processing your refund or offering a replacement, depending on your preference and the availability of the product. Please allow 14 days from the receipt of the returned item for the inspection and processing of your refund or replacement.

Non-Qualifying Returns

Products returned without authorization, not in their original condition, or those returned more than 30 days after delivery, are not eligible for a refund or replacement. Additionally, products damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage will not be considered for a refund or replacement.

Gift Cards

Gift Card sales are final and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any returns purchased using a gift card will only be provided with a store credit.
