Payment
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Google Pay.
Buy Now / Pay Later is available through the PayPal Pay in 4 service.
No, we do not store any payment credentials or Credit Card numbers. During payment you will be redirected to our payment processors for secure payment. This can be a redirection or a pop up window. We only store the transaction ID.
This keeps everyone safe by only allowing the payment processor, like PayPal, to see and process the payment.
Discount codes that apply to the entire order have a limit of one per order.
Discount codes that only apply to one item can be used together with a per order discount code. However, the item being discounted individually will not be further discounted by a order code.
Our payment providers will attempt to use a processor closest to your location. However, the international transaction fees are stipulated and controlled by your bank. We are not responsible for any bank fees you may be charged.
All prices listed on the Trendam website are inclusive of tax.
If you purchase an item and it goes on sale within 7 days of your order date, we can offer you a store credit for the difference. You will need to contact us within 3 days of the sale price being displayed to receive this store credit. We are unable to provide a refund of the difference.
Shipping
The shipping method used can be standard, C02 Offsetting, and Express. The methods available depend on the items location and the shipping address it is being sent to. Your order can be sent as one package or multiple, but you will only be charged the one fee.
When more than one shipping method is available, you will be given a choice.
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. The majority of orders are shipped within the 3 business day period. Majority of orders are received by our customers within 2 weeks of the purchase date.
The delivery time frame is very dependent on the shipping address, item location, and how busy the shipping industry is. While the majority of orders take less than 2 weeks to arrive, we allow for 1-3 weeks to cover unexpected logistics issues. An estimated delivery date is displayed on each product and a more accurate delivery estimate is given on the cart and checkout pages using real time data from fullfilment and shipping providers.
The shipping fees charged vary based on the fulfilment and delivery locations. We pass on the exact delivery costs incurred by us and we do not mark up these costs.
You can check and manage the delivery through your tracking number. You will find this information in the dispatched email. Any shipping delays are out of our direct control, but we can definitely investigate it through the shipping company. If your tracking has not moved or had an update within 5 days, please contact us.
Yes, we have warehousing and supplier partners globally that allow us to ship to customers internationally. To keep costs low, we will use the closest partner for order fulfillment.
Normally there are no Customs or Import Duties. However, this will depend on your shipping address and the closest fulfillment partner. While we try to ship from a location as close as possible to your address, it is not always possible to ship orders from within the same country.
If you would like to check if the order will be sent domestically or internationally, you can contact us. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not responsible for any customs and import duty charges.
There may be the rare occasion where a country is not listed in our system. There could be various reasons for this. Please contact us and we can let you know if we can add your country, or the reasons why we are unable to.
Orders & Returns
Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with all of the tracking details. Get in touch with if you haven't received this information within 3-5 days of placing your order.
No, you can check out as a guest. However, registering an account during the order process will allow you to view your order history, collect loyalty points, save favorites, and make future purchasing more smoother.
In the event a product is damaged or faulty, please contact us and we will walk you through the process of return. We strive for complete satisfaction of our customers and will do everything we can to make things right.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags and packaging attached. Please include any images or videos when contacting us.
All of our products are manufactured on demand. Change of mind returns are not available at this time, so please choose carefully.
Size really matters when it comes to clothing. We work with various manufacturers for our products. Each product has a sizing chart in the gallery and within the product description where available.
Take a look at the size guides on each product page for accurate measurements. Please recheck on each product as there may be variations to sizing depending on the manufacturer.
If you’re uncertain about what size to order, or you're in-between sizes, ordering the next size up ought to do the trick.
Our measurements are in centimeters and are taken as a flat lay unless otherwise stated, this means the garment is laid flat and measured across. Measure something that you're comfortable wearing and measure it as a flat lay.
The bust is measured from underarm seam to underarm seam.
If you're not sure, feel free to send through your measurements and the link to your desired product to us and we'd be happy to help guide you towards a match.
This is an issue with the Buy Now, Pay Later service and not us. However, once your return is processed, any payments made will be refunded to you and any future payments should be cancelled.
If you have received the return refund email from us and you are still being charged, please contact the Buy Now, Pay Later provider.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once processing has started. Our systems automatically start processing orders immediately so that customers receive them as soon as possible.
All of our products are made to order, this allows us to keep overheads low and keep prices low for our customers. Unfortunately we do not offer a change of mind return for purchases. Please choose carefully. In the event a product is damaged or is faulty, we can definitely organise a return. Please contact us for more information.
The only surprise when opening your delivery should be a good one. We do everything we can to make sure the photos are as accurate as possible. Our colour palette online is as close as we can get to the colour palette of the garments, however these colours may be slightly different depending on your monitor and internet browser.
Unfortunately, no. We require all orders be placed on our online store as the payment gateway is secure and much safer for you.

Trendam Legends Loyalty Program
Trendam Legends is our rewards program. By becoming a member, you'll earn points for every purchase you make. You will also receive access to exclusive member benefits and rewards.
Legend points are earned by making a purchase online at Trendam.com
You can also earn points for completing other tasks, such as creating an account, or referring a friend.
Points from purchases are pending for 21 days before being credited fully to your account. This allows time for you to receive your order.
Points from completing activities are credited instantly.
The rewards available may change, you can view the rewards available and their points required on the Legends Points page.
The points will be credited back to your account. If points + pay was used, each part will be credited back to the original funding source.
Everyone with an account is automatically enrolled as a Legend. You can create an account at anytime here.
You can view your points balance and activity in your account. We will also send updates once in a while to let you know about your points.
Points and any vouchers purchased using points do not expire.
You can redeem points by clicking 'My Rewards' from your account overview page. From here you can redeem a voucher that you can use towards your next purchase.
Please note, reward vouchers can't be used with other discounts or offers, only one reward can be used per order.
Unfortunately, no. Points cannot be transferred to another person or account. If you have more than one account, please contact us and we can help consolidate your accounts and points by closing the duplicates.
